Search forms send the name, phone number, or address entered to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. A direct message contains only what its sender chooses to provide, and we use that material to answer the message.
Automatic Technical Data
Normal server logs may record an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access. Aggregated log data helps us maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic audience analysis and advertising measurement where those functions apply.
What We Do With This Data
The limited data described above supports site operations, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy Beyond Our Pages
Links lead to Clinton City, Davis County, Utah agencies, libraries, courts, and third-party search tools. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by the destination's policy, not this one. Sponsored search results also come from an outside provider with its own privacy terms.

Scope limits apply. Because we retain little, a request usually means checking our contact mailbox and logs. Use the Contact page to ask.
